Weekly Meal Prep — Done For You

High-protein, balanced meals — without the stress.

If you’re juggling work, kids, workouts, and life, the last thing you need is to figure out what’s for dinner every night. My weekly meal prep service gives you nourishing, protein-forward meals that support your goals — without spending hours in the kitchen.


No bland “health food.”

Just real meals that fit real life.

This service is perfect if you:

  • Want to eat better but don’t have time to cook daily  
  • Are prioritizing protein and balanced meals  
  • Are tired of starting the week with good intentions…and ending in takeout  
  • Want meals that your whole family will enjoy


Orders open Saturday morning, and can be placed until 4 PM CST Monday.

  • $129 for 3, family style meals
  • Each meal serves 4-6 people
  • All meals are high in protein and macro-friendly, and kid-approved
  • Weekly pick up at Town & Country, MO after 4 PM Wednesdays and anytime Thursdays
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM Monday will be credited to a future week (not refunded). 
  • You will receive an email confirmation after ordering with address for pick up. 


Meals are ready to heat & serve, or can be put in the freezer for a future dinner.

Week of March 1 Menu

High Protein Ham & Cheese Sliders

Soft Hawaiian rolls layered with lean ham and melty cheese, finished with a buttery poppy-seed glaze and baked until perfectly golden. These sliders deliver that nostalgic comfort-food flavor, but balanced for your goals today.


Serves 6 (2 sliders per serving)

Classic Lasagna

Layers of tender pasta, seasoned beef, creamy cottage cheese, and bubbling mozzarella come together in this refined take on a classic.
Rich, satisfying, and protein-forward, this is comfort food done intentionally.

Macros per serving: 400 cals, 38P, 37C, 12F 

Creamy Chicken & Black Bean Burritos

Tender chicken, black beans, and a creamy, cheesy filling wrapped in a soft tortilla and baked until warm and melty. These burritos are macro-balanced, filling, and perfect for busy weeknights.

This Week's Add On: Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

$20 for 9 muffins

Moist, protein-boosted banana chocolate chip muffins made with ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, oat flour, and protein powder, they're a satisfying breakfast or snack that tastes like a treat but acts like fuel.
