Weekly Meal Prep — Done For You

High-protein, balanced meals — without the stress.

If you’re juggling work, kids, workouts, and life, the last thing you need is to figure out what’s for dinner every night. My weekly meal prep service gives you nourishing, protein-forward meals that support your goals — without spending hours in the kitchen.


No bland “health food.”

Just real meals that fit real life.

This service is perfect if you:

  • Want to eat better but don’t have time to cook daily  
  • Are prioritizing protein and balanced meals  
  • Are tired of starting the week with good intentions…and ending in takeout  
  • Want meals that your whole family will enjoy


Orders open Saturday morning, and can be placed until 4 PM CST Monday.

  • $129 for 3, family style meals
  • Each meal serves 4-6 people
  • All meals are high in protein and macro-friendly, and kid-approved
  • Weekly pick up at Town & Country, MO after 4 PM Wednesdays and anytime Thursdays
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM Monday will be credited to a future week (not refunded). 
  • You will receive an email confirmation after ordering with address for pick up. 


Meals are ready to heat & serve, or can be put in the freezer for a future dinner.

Marinated Chicken with Greek Pasta Salad

Tender chicken thighs come fully marinated and ready to throw on the grill, paired with a fresh and vibrant Greek orzo pasta salad with cucumber, tomatoes, feta, and olives. An easy, no-prep dinner that still feels fresh, flavorful, and homemade.

Ham & Potato Casserole

A creamy, comforting classic made with tender potatoes, savory ham, and a rich, cheesy sauce baked to golden perfection. This hearty, family-style dish is the ultimate comfort food—warm, satisfying, and perfect for easy weeknight dinners.

Pizza Sliders

A fun, family-favorite twist on pizza night—soft Hawaiian rolls layered with melty mozzarella, savory turkey pepperoni, and rich pizza sauce, baked together and finished with a buttery garlic topping. Served in a full pan, these pull-apart sliders are perfect for sharing and guaranteed to be a hit with both kids and adults.
