Weekly Meal Prep — Done For You

High-protein, balanced meals — without the stress.

If you’re juggling work, kids, workouts, and life, the last thing you need is to figure out what’s for dinner every night. My weekly meal prep service gives you nourishing, protein-forward meals that support your goals — without spending hours in the kitchen.


No bland “health food.”

Just real meals that fit real life.

This service is perfect if you:

  • Want to eat better but don’t have time to cook daily  
  • Are prioritizing protein and balanced meals  
  • Are tired of starting the week with good intentions…and ending in takeout  
  • Want meals that your whole family will enjoy


Orders open Saturday morning, and can be placed until 4 PM CST Monday.

  • $129 for 3, family style meals
  • Each meal serves 4-6 people
  • All meals are high in protein and macro-friendly, and kid-approved
  • Weekly pick up at Town & Country, MO after 4 PM Wednesdays and anytime Thursdays
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM Monday will be credited to a future week (not refunded). 
  • You will receive an email confirmation after ordering with address for pick up.

Chicken Pot Pie

 This cozy, home-style Chicken Pot Pie is loaded with tender shredded chicken, creamy vegetables, and a savory broth-based filling tucked inside a golden, flaky crust. It delivers all the comfort of a classic pot pie with a balanced, protein-forward twist—making it a warm, wholesome meal the whole family will love.

Cheeseburger Casserole

 All the cozy, nostalgic flavor of a classic cheeseburger turned into a high-protein, one-pan meal your whole family will devour. Loaded with lean beef, melty cheeses, and tender pasta, it delivers comfort and balanced nutrition—perfect for busy weeknights.

Macros per serving: 480 cals, 38P, 47C, 17F

Italian Sliders

 These baked Italian Sliders layer savory salami, ham, and turkey pepperoni with melty provolone, marinara, and (optional) tangy banana peppers on soft Hawaiian rolls for a crave-worthy, comfort-food twist. Finished with a light garlic-herb butter and parmesan topping, they’re the perfect grab-and-go, high-protein meal for busy days.
