Last Friday, my boys & many of their friends were among the campers evacuated from Camp Taum Sauk during the historic flash flooding. Like so many families, we experienced a day we'll never forget.
While we're incredibly grateful that our boys made it home safely, many people worked tirelessly to protect those campers—from the camp staff who acted quickly to the first responders and National Guard crews who helped bring everyone home safely.
Camp Taum Sauk has meant so much to our family, and this week I'd love to give back in a small way.
I'm hosting a bake sale, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Camp Taum Sauk to support their recovery and rebuilding efforts.
Whether you purchase a treat, share this page, or simply keep the camp community in your thoughts, thank you for helping support a place that has given so much to so many families.
❤️ Every purchase makes a difference.
Every dollar from this bake sale will go directly to Camp Taum Sauk's recovery efforts.

The devastating flood left extensive damage to parts of camp property, its buildings, furniture, and infrastructure. Many of the camper’s and staff’s belongings were damaged or are missing. Funds raised from the bake sale will be donated directly to Camp Taum Sauk so they can support staff, and begin to rebuild camp for future seasons so kids can continue to experience the magic of camp.
